About the role

As a Manager Analytics at JioHotstar, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-led product decisions across one of India’s largest OTT platforms. You’ll be part of the central analytics team, working closely with product, engineering, and data science to optimize platform performance, working on personalization and recommendation systems

What you'll do

Play a pivotal role in driving data-led product decisions across one of India’s largest OTT platforms
Collaborate with product and engineering to to shape robust and real-time data systems with the appropriate instrumentation and visualization capabilities
Design and execute hundreds of parallel A/B tests reliably
Partner with product and business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and construct analytical frameworks and presentations
Create reports and dashboards that foster a more data-aware organization and accurately reflect the performance of various initiatives
