Develop, implement, and maintain project-wide Construction Quality Management Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection protocols. Lead all QA/QC activities for civil, structural steel, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, HVAC, cleanroom, and utility systems construction works.
