Manager, Data Science & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to lead our efforts in optimizing Performance Marketing business through advanced analytics and data science techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, and has exposure to Paid Marketing, and will be responsible for driving experimentation, budget optimizations, defining KPIs as well as unlocking new growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end projects autonomously, from problem definition to the communication of actionable recommendations
• Construct machine learning models for predicting user behaviors and inferring marketing performance, supporting business decisions with reliable outputs
• Quantify and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign performance to determine efficacy and underlying causal factors
• Mine data to optimize marketing campaigns, revenue growth, and the customer experience, including customer segmentation analysis for audience understanding
