Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing who is passionate about innovation, thrives on experimentation, and is excited to shape the future of digital advertising. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you'll spearhead the development and growth of ChatGPT Ads as an emerging customer acquisition channel, while driving strategic initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

What you'll do

• Own and Scale ChatGPT Ads: Own the ChatGPT Ads channel end to end, including campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and growth targets
• Build with AI: Build agents to create and optimize ads, and use internal AI tools to create new landing pages and funnel experiences to test
• Run Structured Tests: Run structured tests on bidding, context hints, ad formats, and landing pages

• Make Data-Driven Investment Decisions: Use data to determine which campaigns, verticals, messages, and intents warrant additional investment
