Manager - Financial Data Engineering & BI

About the role

About the Role - We are looking for a Manager with 8 years of total experience who combines finance depth (accounting, FP&A, financial reporting) with hands-on data engineering and BI skills. You will lead client delivery, guide a team of engineers and analysts, and work closely with onshore teams. This is mix of technical and finance role.

What you'll do

• Lead client delivery, guide a team of engineers and analysts, and work closely with onshore teams
• Own end-to-end offshore delivery for assigned client engagements, including scoping, planning, execution, quality, and timelines
• Manage and lead a team of data engineers and BI developers, including resource allocation, work distribution, and day-to-day task prioritization across projects
• Translate finance and business requirements (close, FP&A, revenue, AP/AR, consolidation, KPI reporting) into data models, pipelines, and dashboards
• Review the team’s technical work, including data models, transformation logic, and report design, for accuracy and best practices
