About the role

The Business Support Manager will be a member of the Business Management team supporting GFCMA through a broad range of business support, governance, reporting, and control-related activities. The role is responsible for supporting executive and management routines, stakeholder engagement, project management, business reporting, and key business control processes across the organization.

What you'll do

• Support executive and management routines, including preparation of materials, reporting, meeting management, and follow-up on action items
• Partner with stakeholders across GFCMA and enterprise functions to support strategic initiatives and business priorities
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional and horizontal projects from initiation through execution and completion
• Prepare and maintain business reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and management information for leadership review
• Support key business control processes, governance activities, and reporting requirements
