About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Global Risk Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software delivery lifecycle, and banking risk management processes.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
  • Ensure teams maintain focus on sprint goals and deliver committed outcomes
  • Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the team
  • Monitor sprint health, velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies
