About the role

Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation opportunities across Trade Compression, IM Optimization, and Risk Analytics processes. Define automation roadmaps and drive strategic process transformation initiatives. Oversee prototype development and partner with Technology teams for production implementation.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic automation and optimization initiatives
• Own project governance, including status reporting, issue management, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking
• Oversee development of analytical frameworks and reporting solutions supporting margin and capital optimization
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all project deliverables
• Develop management reporting and trend analysis to support business decision-making
