About the role

The role is responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and technical support specialists in the implementation of Mechanical systems works like HVAC systems in design, planning, project management, testing and commissioning during project while adhering to safety & quality standards within cost and time.

What you'll do

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Review design of Mechanical Systems Like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems from conceptual stage to completion in coordination with user departments, consultants
  • Ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements, complying stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements
  • Prepare the Inspection & Test Plan for various equipment’s & items. Manage the approvals of Inspection Test Plan
