Manager Medical Review

About the role

As Manager, Medical Review, you will join our India-based Global Patient Safety POD and lead the end-to-end medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports from global development programs and selected marketed products. Your clinical judgement will shape accurate coding, expectedness and causality decisions, clear case narratives, and inspection-ready submissions.

What you'll do

• Build our future together
• Help create cohesive case documentation, strengthen pharmacovigilance processes, and explore responsible uses of new technologies, including AI
• Perform complete medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports within defined timelines, ensuring clinically important information is accurately captured
• Review and strengthen case narratives, analyses of similar events, company causality rationales, and reporting decisions
• Partner with pharmacovigilance teams, risk management leads, and clinical development leads to produce cohesive, submission-ready case documentation
