About the role
To lead and manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for the Goa Smart Metering Project, ensuring efficient service delivery, SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, effective field coordination, and smooth communication among all stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day O&M operations and ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor and drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage and resolve operational issues related to SAT, Non-Communication (Non-Comm), NVC, and other field-level challenges
- Ensure timely closure of pending complaints, service requests, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, DISCOM representatives, and internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution
