About the role

Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EPBCS / PBCS modules, including Workforce, Capital, Financials, and Project Planning. Manage and mentor a team of EPM consultants and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to best practices.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EPBCS / PBCS modules, including Workforce, Capital, Financials, and Project Planning
• Manage and mentor a team of EPM consultants and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to best practices
• Collaborate with corporate finance executives to translate complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee the creation and optimization of complex business rules, Calc Scripts, Groovy scripting, data forms, and member formulas
• Architect and manage seamless data integration workflows between Oracle EPBCS and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite
