About the role

The Manager – People & Administration will play a dual role of driving people-centric initiatives while ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organization. This role is critical to building a strong work culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling effective systems that support the organization’s mission.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, exits)
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture
• Partner with managers to support team development, conflict resolution, and career growth
• Ensure policies and practices are updated, compliant, and employee-friendly
• Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing
