About the role

The Administration, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Setup Manager will oversee the administrative operations, infrastructure management, procurement processes, and infrastructure setup for the organization. This role demands a dynamic professional capable of multitasking and coordinating across teams, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
• Supervise office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Monitor budgets related to administrative activities and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of office facilities and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations

• MS Office
