About the role

Shift incharge - Operations (Solar) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and maximum energy output. This role involves directly managing operational tasks, monitoring system performance, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily operations of solar energy systems, ensuring that energy production targets are met and all equipment functions at peak efficiency
• Analyze performance data to identify operational trends and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies to enhance overall system efficiency
• Ensure all operational activities comply with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a zero-accident work environment
• Lead safety training sessions, toolbox talk and safety audits to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance energy output

What you need
