About the role

As a QMS manager, you will be expected to manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS processes and knowledge of QMS standards. This role will be collaboratively working with Global quality team in aligning to the Quality system requirements, micron practices including external customers during audit/visit.

What you'll do

  • Monitor, review and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS and its processes
  • Define the KPi as per QMap, ensure the targets are met &/or ensure the corrective actions are effectively implemented where targets are not met
  • Communicate with global internal customers and external customers
  • Consult with department leadership on QMS Standards and initiatives
  • Contribute to the promotion and awareness of customer requirements

  • B.Tech or B.E.
