What you'll do

• Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS on a quarterly and annual basis
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly results and related disclosures as per applicable regulatory requirements
• Support the limited review and statutory audit processes by coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors and providing required schedules and workings
• Prepare and maintain related party transaction schedules, disclosures and reports in compliance with Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR requirements
• Prepare presentations on related party transactions to be presented to audit committee on quarterly basis
