Remove organizational and delivery impediments affecting the teams . Set team objectives, clarify responsibilities, and support competence development.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the SAP ABAP/Fiori Development and SAP Basis teams. Manage team capacity and resource allocation
• Coordinate onboarding and management of internal and external resources
• Oversee external contractor engagement, time tracking, and work assignments
• Plan and coordinate technical activities such as OS patching, SAP kernel upgrades, transports, and maintenance windows

What you need

• 3–6 years in software engineering
• SAP
