Manager, Software Engineering

About the role

This organization develops and maintains the internal developer platform, security, compliance and audit reporting and all processes and controls that enable New Relic’s fleet of engineers to effectively release our products to customers.

• Drive and contribute to our culture of operational and business efficiency: secure code, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, regression testing, uptime
• Design and promote "golden paths" that standardize development, deployment, and testing, reducing friction by fostering self-service environments
• Attend operational review meetings and bring postmortem learnings back to the team and organization
• Learn from some of the brightest minds in the business—who are also looking to learn from you—while coaching and mentoring people
