About the role

you will lead transactions and counterparties end to end, from first conversation and modelling to negotiation, closing and integration.

What you'll do

• Strategy and market intelligence
• Build business cases for new markets, channels and product lines, and track competitors, funding and M&A activity in consumer AI, robotics and EdTech
• Prepare strategy papers and decision memos for the CEO and Board
• M&A, investments and integration
• Build a thesis-led pipeline of acquisition, investment and JV targets, and lead screening and first conversations

What you need

• 6–10 years in software engineering
• M&A
• Financial modelling
• Valuation
• Writing
• Due diligence
• CFA
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
