Manager - Test Engineering

About the role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting RF testing activities for 4G and 5G technologies. You will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve testing efficiency, quality, and reliability, while contributing to troubleshooting, calibration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and validating components to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment
• Be part of a dynamic team supporting RF testing activities for 4G and 5G technologies
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve testing efficiency, quality, and reliability, while contributing to troubleshooting, calibration, validation
• Work in a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, continuous learning, and technical development
• Monitor and optimize tester productivity, yield, and false call rates to meet defined KPIs

What you need

• 10–18 years in quality assurance & testing
• Telecom
• Test cases
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.

• MIS reporting
