About the role

Deliver technical training programs on Solar PV Systems, Wind Turbine Operations, BESS, and Solar Manufacturing processes. Conduct classroom, practical, simulation-based, and on-the-job training sessions. Facilitate induction, technical upskilling, refresher, and certification programs for technicians, operators, supervisors, and engineers.

What you'll do

  • Deliver technical training programs on Solar PV Systems, Wind Turbine Operations, BESS, and Solar Manufacturing processes
  • Conduct classroom, practical, simulation-based, and on-the-job training sessions
  • Ensure effective participant engagement and knowledge transfer through structured learning methodologies
  • Support the development and periodic enhancement of training modules, presentations, participant handbooks, assessments, and practical exercises
  • Train participants on plant operations, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, equipment handling, and process controls

  • 1–3 years in teaching & education
  • Solar
  • Any graduate
