About the role

Manage the hotel's overall purchasing and procurement operations in accordance with Accor standards, policies, and procedures. Source quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining the required quality standards. Identify, evaluate, and develop approved suppliers and maintain effective vendor relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage the hotel's overall purchasing and procurement operations in accordance with Accor standards, policies, and procedures
• Source quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining the required quality standards
• Identify, evaluate, and develop approved suppliers and maintain effective vendor relationships
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions with suppliers
• Review purchase requisitions, obtain necessary approvals, and process purchase orders as per established procedures

What you need

• 5–7 years in supply chain & logistics
• Vendor management
• Procurement
• BHM or Diploma or BBA
