What you'll do

• Evaluate, develop, and qualify semiconductor materials and technologies with potential relevance to Grid Technologies products and future applications
• Investigate the influence of composition, processing, crystal structure, defects, interfaces, and operating conditions on electrical, thermal, and functional performance
• Apply computational modelling, simulation, and data-driven methods to support materials selection, optimization, and technology maturation
• Collaborate with global R&D and engineering teams, universities, suppliers, start-ups
• Translate research findings into clear technical recommendations, technology assessments, and research roadmaps for Grid Technologies
