MEP Engineer

About the role

We combine AtkinsRéalis project management expertise and Hitachi Energy’s deep technological knowledge to create a company dedicated to substations – we are Linxon! The MEP Engineer will be a key member of the Linxon GETS (Global Engineering and Technology Services) team, contributing to the effective execution and operation of project activities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing MEP engineering design support across multiple projects within GETS
• Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and cable routing for substation buildings
• Develop plumbing and drainage systems, including water supply, sewage, stormwater drainage, and firefighting systems as per applicable standards
• Prepare and review single line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, panel schedules, and equipment layouts
• Coordinate closely with primary, secondary and civil engineering teams to ensure alignment of MEP systems with substation equipment and layouts
