About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead an exceptionally talented & growing engineering team responsible for driving product development and strategy. As part of the NetApp Research and Development function, the overall focus of the team will be on delivering innovative technologies to address competitive market and customer requirements with enterprise-class product quality and time-to-market.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for leading a blended team of Software Developers and QA Engineers
• Also manage the growth and development of team members

What you need

• 12–22 years in software engineering
• Python
• C#
• M.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA
