The Moveworks AI Agent Developer is responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting AI-driven HR solutions to enable various Human Resources–centric processes.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting AI-driven HR solutions to enable various Human Resources–centric processes
  • Partner with ServiceNow and Workday technical teams to support and maintain integrations
  • Configure Moveworks paths and conversations based on defined requirements
  • Enable and support Moveworks plugins and platform features
  • Partner with Moveworks support on technical issues and platform-related questions
