JD For Primary Role-VMware and Cloud Aws, Secondary Role – Active Directory, Wintel, Backup Proficient on network principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Knowledge of Cloud Aws platform Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN, Experience working with some or all technologies below:

What you'll do

• Maintain equipment based on SOP's and ensure immediate escalation
• Design Documentation and Reporting
• Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
• Troubleshoot High Severity incidents, problem & provide proper RFO/
• Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact

What you need

• 1–3 years in software engineering
• AWS
• VMware
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• SOP writing
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
