What you'll do

• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
• Serve as the global manager for a global team of security analysts and engineers that support IPS/IDS, firewalls, and Network Traffic Analytics
• Develop and execute the global network security strategy aligned with enterprise cybersecurity and business objectives
• Provide leadership across Network functions for APAC and the global IT team while collaborating with other technologies for a strategic viewpoint for 3M IT
• Design and manage HA/cluster configurations, L2/L3 deployments, virtual wire, NAT, zone-based segmentation, and micro-segmentation strategies
