NPI Material Program Manager, Sr

About the role

As a Technical Program Manager 3 , you will lead component engineering programs supporting new product introduction. You will drive component qualification, technical risk management, component standardization, alternate-source qualification, obsolescence management, and component lifecycle activities while partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

What you'll do

• Cost roll-ups using MPM cost tool
• Cost analysis to include identification and management of gaps to target cost: what changed from month-to-month in product costing
• Cost projection over time at different product run rates
• Standard cost analysis and request for cost updates
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through design and/or sourcing
