• Acquire new-to-bank business clients and manage a portfolio of growth-stage companies to drive asset and deposit growth
• Deepen client relationships by cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking products, including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions
• Achieve revenue and business targets through proactive relationship management and market-driven business development initiatives
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to structure customized financing solutions that meet client needs
• Collaborate closely with internal product partners, credit underwriters, and risk teams to ensure seamless service delivery and robust risk management
