Onsite End User Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite End User Support Engineer to provide comprehensive onsite IT support services for employees and VIP users. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance, resolving end-user issues, supporting local IT operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of workplace technology, devices, meeting rooms, and related infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and workplace technology issues
• Deliver personalized VIP Support with a strong focus on service quality, responsiveness, and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, and device-related issues to minimize business disruption
• Perform device installation, movement, configuration, and replacement activities as part of day-to-day onsite support operations
• Support device onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and security requirements
