Operations Engineer

About the role

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Senior technical authority defining architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap for enterprise endpoint services. Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership — driving innovation, modernization, and automation across global Digital Workplace environments.

What you'll do

• Architecture & Strategy -Define enterprise endpoint architecture, roadmaps & engineering governance
• Automation & Excellence-Build PowerShell frameworks automate provisioning, config & deployment
• Operational Leadership- Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management
• Process & Governance- Create standards, runbooks, service health dashboards & CSI initiatives
• Stakeholder Management- Trusted advisor lead technical workshops & executive-level briefings

• B.Tech or B.E.
