Operations Quality Manager

About the role

This position involves managing an effective Quality Assurance system, leading a team to drive strategic improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across the factory. You will handle customer complaints, oversee product performance governance, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements.

What you'll do

• Handle customer complaints, oversee product performance governance, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements
• Engage with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
• Ensure effective quality assurance (QA) systems are implemented and maintained across the factory
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders to address quality concerns and enhance satisfaction
• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to drive strategic quality improvements

What you need

• 15–20 years in mechanical & production
• FMEA
• B.Tech or B.E.
