What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines for PCD tool pocket and flute grinding production
• Manufacture and recondition PCD drills, end mills, reamers, step drills, and special cutting tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs
• Perform tool measurements using tool presetters, microscopes, and measuring instruments
• Optimize grinding parameters to achieve required tool geometry and surface finish
