About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of our gift voucher business. The role will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, ensuring smooth issuance and redemption of gift vouchers, maintaining operational controls, and driving process efficiency while delivering a seamless customer and partner experience.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end operations of digital gift vouchers, including issuance, activation, redemption, reconciliation, and expiry management
• Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal SLAs
• Coordinate with merchant partners, aggregators, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted voucher availability and redemption support
• Monitor inventory, settlement cycles, breakage, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with Finance teams
• Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk areas; implement process improvements and automation wherever possible
