Oracle HCM Techno-Functional at Jade Global. Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Serve as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams
• Configure, customize, and maintain HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management
• Design and build complex fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads
• Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM best practices

What you need

• 5–9 years in software engineering
• SQL
• Talent management
• Oracle Fusion
• Regression testing
• Any graduate
