Package Manager-Project Management

About the role

Package Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of specific project packages—such as Boiler Structure, Pressure Parts, Non Pressure Parts, BOIs, Electrical, C&I etc—within a large-scale EPC project. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role ensures timely execution of the assigned package in line with project scope, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of the assigned package (e.g., Boiler, TG, BOP, Civil, Electrical) in line with project schedule, cost, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for seamless package integration and interface resolution
• Ensure timely release of design inputs, manufacturing clearance, dispatches, and site availability of equipment and materials
• Monitor site execution progress of the package, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on package status, risks, and required interventions
