Partner Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our global partner programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in partner ecosystems, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will help scale our partnership initiatives, drive partner engagement, and accelerate growth through effective program structures and support.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and certification processes
• Define key success metrics and continuously optimize program offerings based on partner feedback and performance data
• Develop engagement plans to strengthen relationships with existing and new partners
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and support our solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align partner strategy with business objectives
