PCBA Test Fixture Engineer

About the role

You will oversee end-to-end engineering of PCBA-based testing and automation systems — including ICT (In-Circuit Test), FVT (Functional Validation Test) fixtures, robotic integration, and automated equipment design — within high-volume manufacturing. Your expertise will span hardware design, automation systems, process engineering, and equipment deployment.

What you'll do

• Test Fixture & PCBA Design
• Design ICT/FVT test fixtures, including PCBA-based interface boards, load boards, and DUT connectors
• Develop high-precision fixture layouts for electrical testing, pogo-pin sockets, and contact validation
• Ensure SI/PI integrity for high-speed signals (e.g. digital I/O, RF, power rails), using controlled impedance designs and board stack-up practices
• Support PCB schematic capture, layout review, and DFM/DFA compliance
