About the role

If you check yesterday’s numbers before you check your messages, this one is yours. They do not find out whether a brand works in a deck. They find out in market, with money on the line, usually within a week of launch.

What you'll do

• The accounts. Structure, audiences, bidding, budgets and pacing across Google and Meta for every brand you run. You build the account you want rather than inheriting one
• Creative testing . The hypothesis, the variants, the read. You brief the writer and the designer, you decide what goes live
• Measurement. Pixels, CAPI, events, UTMs, GA4, the attribution window you chose and why. If the data is wrong, every decision after it is wrong
• The funnel after the click . Landing pages, offers, checkout drop-off. Most spend dies in the gap between the ad and the cart
• Scale and stop. Knowing when a winner is actually a winner, and when a promising test is a rounding error

What you need

• 2–4 years in marketing
• Google Analytics
• Any graduate
