  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and design individualized rehab plans, with a focus on
  • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions - manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and
  • Work closely with physicians and the broader care team to align rehab goals with each member's
  • Track patient progress, document sessions in the EMR, and adjust care plans based on outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management

What you need

  • 1–3 years in nursing & patient care
  • Any graduate
