Platform Operations Implementation

About the role

The Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining the security, stability, and performance of Pico’s internal infrastructure and client trading platforms. The role focuses on supporting mission‑critical trading environments, including the investigation and resolution of operating system, platform, and hardware issues that impact client trading services.

What you'll do

• Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of platform services in a 24x7 production trading environment
• Act as second-line support, performing technical investigation, triage, and expert-level troubleshooting of platform and client systems
• Perform root cause analysis of platform incidents and contribute to permanent fixes and preventative improvements
• Deliver a high standard of operational service and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
• Execute preventative maintenance activities, including server operating system patching and firmware upgrades, to maintain platform security and reliability

What you need

• 4–8 years in devops & cloud
• Linux
• Ansible

• Windows Server

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
