What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end debug and resolution of customer issues involving CPU crashes, hangs, watchdog resets, performance issues, power abnormalities, boot failures
  • Root-causing complex functional and microarchitectural issues using silicon traces, scan dumps, ETM/PTM, and debug infrastructure
  • Cross-functional collaboration with CPU Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and SoC teams to drive issues to closure
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, firmware, and electrical issues (like signal integrity, boot failures
  • CPU microarchitecture and ARM architecture fundamentals
