PPAP Project Coordinator

About the role

Aligned with the sustainable growth strategy within the High Voltage Products Business and as part of our SCM Supplier Quality Transformation strategy, the New SQ PMO department has been established to centralize and optimize the management of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). SQE’s play a major role in implementing the PPAP process.

What you'll do

• Consolidate PPAP forecasts reports with cross functional teams
• Manage PPAP Demand workload by function (reports)
• Review PPAP demands, assign PPAP’s to SQE teams based on category and alignments with the Hubs
• Monitor and ensure that the assigned PPAP demands meets the process performance goals (KPI’s monitoring: PPAP Gate level OTD, average days per PPAP gate, etc.)
• Elaborate executive PPAP demand reports to internal stakeholders

What you need

• 10–18 years in mechanical & production
• PPAP
• Six Sigma
• SAP
• B.Tech or B.E.

• Power BI
