Principal Application Software Engineer (Performance Engineering)

About the role

As part of the Oracle Health and Analytics Cloud Performance Engineering (PSR) team, you will be a key technical leader focused on critical aspect of optimising Performance, Scalability, Availability, and Reliability for Oracle’s mission-critical Cloud Services.

What you'll do

• Champion service reliability and efficiency, manage system changes, monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, and plan capacity across entire cloud service ecosystems
• Own significant projects/services, establish your influence within the team, act as a subject matter expert
• Participate in evaluating and evolving performance standards and methodologies
• Influence architectural and design capabilities of cloud services to maximize performance
• Analyze performance bottlenecks at all tiers to ensure services’ stability and scalability
