Principal Engineer- CPU Circuit Design

About the role

As CPU Circuit Design Lead, you will lead the development of advanced digital circuits for custom blocks such as SRAM, register files, memory compilers, Custom Data path, and caches. You will be instrumental in designing floorplans, optimizing circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals, and ensuring functionality through rigorous simulation and verification processes.

What you'll do

• Design digital circuits for custom blocks, including SRAM, register files, memory compilers, Custom Data path, and caches
• Develop floorplans and optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals
• Perform circuit design, schematic entry, simulation, and verification to ensure functionality and reliability
• Manage, guide, and support the activities and performance of circuit design engineers in team across memory, and/or custom digital domains
• Provide strategic direction on design drawings, test plans, electrical and timing analysis, and component evaluation
