About the role
We are looking for a technically strong and passionate Principal Engineer specialising in DevOps and Database Administration to lead infrastructure development, deployment automation, and database operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, high-performing, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Database Administration and Optimization: Manage, scale, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, along with web servers, application frameworks
- Monitoring and Alerting: Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and operational visibility
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, database, and deployment issues across development, staging, and production environments
- Required Qualifications and Experience
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix administration and Python or Shell scripting
