About the role

With typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field, this role leads complex testing projects, provides expert guidance, and facilitates continuous improvements in testing methodologies. The Principal Consultant collaborates with stakeholders, mentors team members, and ensures alignment of testing services with organizational goals and client expectations

What you'll do

• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives
• Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues identified during testing
