Process daily billing and handle failed transactions with good judgment. Resolve billing issues and customer queries from SAP and exceptions. Prepare, review, and validate billing documents for accuracy. Meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors promptly
